Setting the sorting order of views

Add order to views that first seem chaotic with the sorting order. You can select up to four levels in the sorting order. If items have the same contents in the first sorting level, then the items are sorted according the second sorting level and so on.

To set the sorting order of items in table views or card views:

1. In the Sort By dialog box, select a field from the Sort Items By list. For sorting you can select all information fields in the item and the fields of items referred to in the current item.
2. Select a sorting order. When you select Ascending, the items are sorted from small to large. When you select Descending, the items are sorted from large to small.
3. If you want to show the selected field in the view, select Show Field. If the field should not be shown, clear the Show Field check box.
