Changing the settings of views

In the View Summary dialog box, do one of the following.

• Click Fields to add or remove fields in views
• Click Group By
  • to set groupings in table views.
  • to select the field supplying the data for chart views.
• Click Sort By to set the sorting order of the items in the view.
• Click Filter to determine what items are shown and which are not shown in table views, card views and chart views.
• Click Other to set general layout of views.
  • change colors and fonts for rows in table views.
  • change fonts and sizes of cards in card views.
  • change the data expressed in chart views.
  • change the panes in explorer views.
  • change the top node of tree views.
• Click Auto Format to set rules for displaying lines depending on the contents of the line in table views and card views.
• After you finish setting options, click OK.
