Changing the appearance of chart views

In a chart the size of a group is the result of a calculation. A function you choose calculates a result from all items in a group in the chart. With the result of the calculation, the groups in the chart are sized. For example, if you want to create a chart to display the number of service calls having a specific priority code assigned. In this example, you group the items by priority and then count the items in each group. If there are more service calls with priority code 'High' than there are service calls with priority code 'Normal', then the group for 'High' is made proportionally larger than the group for 'Normal'.

You can see the items in the group by double-clicking the group. At the bottom of the chart, the items in the group are shown in a table view. You can select the table view that shows the details of the group.

Furthermore, you can change the type of chart and colors.
