NOTES:
- In the user options, you can set how Service Desk should work on your computer. The user options are stored for your account only, even if more than one person makes use of Service Desk on the same computer. If other persons log on to your computer using their own name, they will use their personal user options.
- Some user options are technical and should be discussed with the system administrator.
