You can avoid switching back and forth from the keyboard to the
mouse by using shortcut keys.
In forms you can move to fields by using the shortcut key shown
in the label. The shortcut character is the underlined character in
the label. Press ALT plus the shortcut character
as a shortcut key to the field. For example, the
Price field may have the label "Price".
Press ALT+P on your keyboard to move the cursor to
the Price field.
To activate a menu, press ALT plus the
character underlined in the menu name. In an open menu, you can
type the press the underlined character of the command to activate
the command or open a submenu.
If more than one menu or field have the same shortcut key,
press the shortcut key again to cycle to the next item with that
shortcut key.

keys to parts of the application.
