About customizing the shortcut bar

The shortcut bar is the column on the left side of the program window. The shortcut bar includes groups such as Service Desk or CMDB, and the shortcuts available within each group. Click a group to show the shortcuts in the group. Click a shortcut to gain quick access to items.

You can customize the shortcut bar to suit your working practices.
