To find help with the mouse, do one of the following:
Move the mouse pointer over the button, label or field about
which you want help. If you do not move the mouse for a moment a
ToolTip is shown that gives a short description of
the item.
Choose Help from the Help
menu, the online help system shows help that is related to the view
or form you are working in.
Choose What's this? from the
Help menu, the cursor now changes into the What's
This? cursor ( ). Subsequently, click the item about which
you want help. An explanation about the item is shown.
Choose Contents & Index from the Help
menu. This shows the online help. You can use the
contents or index to navigate through the online help.
Tips:
Instead of choosing the What's This? command
from the Help menu, you can do the following to
find What's this? help:
Click the What's This? button ( ) in the toolbar and then click the item
about which you want an explanation.
Click the question mark button ( ) in the dialog box you are in and then
click the item about which you want an explanation.
Press Shift + F1 on the keyboard and then
click the item about which you want an explanation.
In stead choosing Help from the
Help menu, press F1 to find
context sensitive help.
